"Energy Forum "Ukraine - 2006" ("Oil. Gas. Coal. Energy Sector")

We have the honour to invite you to take part in the work of the Seventh international exhibition "Energy Forum "Ukraine - 2006" ("Oil. Gas. Coal. Energy Sector") - "Energy-efficient technologies for extraction (production) and usage", to be held from 23rd till 26th May, 2006 in Kyiv at the Exhibition Centre "KyivExpoPlaza" (Salyutna St., 2-B, pavilion #1).
The Seventh international exhibition "Energy Forum "Ukraine - 2006" ("Oil. Gas. Coal. Energy Sector") "Energy-efficient technologies for extraction (production) and usage" is organized jointly with the Ninth international conference "Energy Security of Europe of the XXI century. Eurasian Energy Corridors" (Scientific Council's Hall of the NTUU "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute").
The exhibition and conference objective is forming scientific basis for energy security of Ukraine and other European countries, development of an interstate dialog in the energy sphere (Ukraine - EU, Ukraine - Russia, Ukraine - the countries of the Caspian region), analysis of perspective for diversification of energy markets, assessment of peculiarities of Ukraine's integration into the European energy system and Eurasian energy space, forming an energy-saving model for development of Ukrainian economy, supporting the state policy of structural-innovative renewal of the energy sector and modernization of objects of the fuel-and-energy complex of Ukraine, broad attracting domestic and foreign investments into the Ukrainian energy sector.

In the course of work of the exhibition "Energy Forum "Ukraine — 2006" ("Oil. Gas. Coal. Energy Sector"), the first stage of the Seventh All-Ukrainian Competition "Leader of the Fuel-and Energy Complex of Ukraine'2006" will be conducted in the following nominations: "Statesman", "Scholar", "Manager of Enterprise (Organization)", "Enterprise (Organization)", "Scientific-and-Technological Development", "Innovation Project", "Investment Project", "Energy-saving Project", "Project in Environmental Protection", "Investor", "Civil, Non-governmental and Non-commercial Organization", "Public Figure", "Journalist".
At the Ninth international conference" Energy Security of Europe of the XXI century. Eurasian Energy Corridors" the following issues will be considered:
Energy security: world trends and driving forces in the XXI century
• Energy security as a basis of the national and economic security of European countries
• Strategy of development of the fuel-and-energy sector of Europe and Ukraine for the period of up to 2030
• Integration processes in the European energy sector, the joint energy system of Europe

In the course of the conference, specialized seminars, presentations and round tables will be organized; an information campaign "Mass-media for support of Ukraine's fuel-and-energy complex" will be held, within which the media will be provided with the possibility to demonstrate their participation in describing achievements and prospects of the fuel-and-energy sector of Ukraine's economy.
General information sponsors of the conference and exhibition are: journals "Energybusiness" and "Oil and Gas" and newspaper "Energyinform".
TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION
Forms of the participation: rent of exhibition area and equipment; participation in absentia. The cost of participation in the exhibition consists of the registration fee, exhibition area payment, and additional equipment/services payment.
- Registration fee - 150 USD
The registration fees are to be paid by all participating companies/firms. The registration fee includes the cost of placement of information about the company in the exhibition catalogue and also provision with advertisement-and-information materials. The hotel costs are not included in the registration fee.
- The cost of 1 sq. m of the equipped exhibition area - 249 USD
TERMS OF APPLICATION
To take part in the exhibition, the Participant must send to the Organizer a filled-in application form by 10 May, 2006. By submitting the application form, the Participant accepts all the conditions of the exhibition's conduction. In this connection, the application form has the legal status of a contract. It is necessary to send an outline/sketch of a stand and information for the exhibition catalogue together with the application-contract form. Additional equipment and services, ordered by the Participant, are provided for additional fee.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment for participation in the exhibition is conducted in accordance to the account (bill) issued by the Organizer, according to the application-contract form.
The payment must be conducted no later than 10 days before opening of the exhibition in US dollars.
